| After a long wait the footbridge at the Dimboola station is currently under repair. The deck and the stairs at each end have been removed
and will be replaced with new materials.
In this view, one end of the structure has been encased in plastic so that the old lead-based paint can be removed in preparation for

Could this be one of the last trains to operate on the Yaapeet line - with the current trends for producers to deliver grain directly to the larger recieval
sites such as Dimboola and Birchip, will this be one of the lines to face closure after the government take over of the rail infrastructre?
